JAMES by Percival Everett

In May the weather was not in our favor for an outdoor event, so we're trying again in June at the PHS Pop-Up Garden in Manayunk . We will be discussing James by Percival Everett, a critically acclaimed new take on classic Mark Twain. The pop-up garden has food and drink available for purchase and is friendly to well-behaved pets. Bonus points for anyone who builds a raft and arrives via the Manayunk Canal.

If mother nature conspires against us, we will be at Manayunk Brewing Company a/k/a The Brew Pub. I will update the event posting and contact attendees if we have to do this.
