Manchester Young Meditators Hike - Altrincham 13km (RAIN OR SHINE)

Manchester Young Meditators are meeting up for a hike on the 12th of July in Altrincham.
We intend to use this time to practice our mindfulness and awareness amongst the lovely natural setting of the area.

We are meeting at the Altrincham Station and then starting the journey from there.

We have added the finish time as a rough guide of how long we will be out for, this may of course differ. If any accommodations or assistance is needed please message us in advance and we will see what we can do.
Please make sure to dress appropriately with shoes and clothes suitable for a hike. Check the weather ahead of time and add layers if needed! Please bring your own water bottle and snacks.
Our group is organised by Jenny, Cazrel and Aidan. On top of the activity based meet ups, we also hold monthly meditation sessions in a quiet indoor space.

We will be charging a £1 fee (cash or card) from each member, in order to cover the cost of running the meetup group.
