Manchester Board Game Legends

Join us every two weeks for an evening of fun, food and friendly company at Benito Lounge, Chorlton. We play everything from casual party games to the latest in cutting edge strategy. It's an evening guaranteed to stimulate and entertain!

We don't charge for this event and there's no need to book, just come along on the night. If you're new to board games, people are always happy to explain the rules and get you up to speed. If you can't make it on time, games start throughout the evening. Turn up when it's good for you and we'll fit you in somewhere!

Typically, 30-50 attend with 5-10 games in progress at any time. Don't pay too much attention to how many sign up here. This event is advertised on Facebook and multiple meetup groups. Most regulars don't sign up at all!

We meet every Thursday at The Bierkeller in the Manchester Printworks. We play everything from heavy euros to party games, social deduction etc. There's even space downstairs for Warhammer junkies!

We welcome both newbies and board game veterans. It costs nothing and there's no need to book.

Bring your own games if you have them, we can never have too many.

Bierkeller do cheap drinks and half-price pizzas before 8pm.

We meet upstairs at the Old Monkey on Portland Street every other Monday. We play everything from casual party games to complex strategy and euros. Everyone is welcome from beginners to hardcore enthusiasts. There's always a rules explanation and we try to help new players as they play. If you come alone or with friends we'll try to match you up with players of a suitable level, as required.
We're a community-led night and though we usually have plenty of games, we can never get too many - especially games people know well enough to teach - so bring 'em, if you have 'em!

Games start between 6pm and 7:30pm and continue until late.
Food: food is available until around 7:45.
