Beach Yoga

Meet on beautiful Singing Beach at 7:30am every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday this summer. All levels welcome but have your doctor's clearance to exercise! This is a vigorous fusion of Iyengar yoga, pilates, barre and core strength.
Two towels, yoga strap, water and a love of summer is all you need.[You can sign up for session 1 or 2 or just just saturdays. I'm flexible.
