Join our Open Day to find out more about our new class: Get ready for IELTS in 16 weeks!
Our new IELTS class is designed for students and professionals, who wish to learn in a small group, practising English in a dynamic but relaxing and friendly way. This class will enable you to succeed in your IELTS exam, and to improve your English so as to secure employment or attend an English-speaking university, and make new friends.

These sessions will help you learn the English grammar for life, acquire vocabulary, read and write with confidence and use your skills effectively in real-life situations. Teaching is book- based as well as homework-based.
Learning objectives include:

• learning pronunciation
• learning intonation
• understanding grammar and syntax (it will cover 32 chapters of grammar)
• reading texts with ease and answering questions
• writing concise and meaningful essays

Teaching and learning is progressive, which means that every week we build on previous learning, by teaching a new chapter of grammar and reading comprehension. As a result, regular and consistent attendance is recommended.
Sessions are taught by qualified tutors, native or native-like speakers, who have university qualifications and are professional school teachers (QTS).
Please note that, since this is small-group tuition, there will be a 'first come, first served' policy in place. Only a maximum of 6 students per group will be admitted.

Time & Day:
You attend two sessions per week (four hours) or one session per week (three hours).
Session 1: grammar and pronunciation
Session 2: writing, speaking and reading comprehension
You can select from a selection of times and days.
Tuition will take place ONLINE so that you attend from anywhere in the world.

Investment:
Groups of 4-6: £7.50 per hour
Groups of 2-3: £10 per hour
Private tuition: £18 per hour (only two hours per week)
The investment helps with continuous costs of website maintenance, venues and mentoring. Materials will be sent via email.
Prepayment is required but refund terms & conditions apply for your peace of mind.

Please note that the Open Day is free and open to all, but Oppidan Social Cafe charges us 6pence per minute that includes coffee, tea fruit, cake and snacks.
