History and Culture Explorers

This is a group for anyone interested in local history and culture who likes to venture out to explore museums, landmarks, homes, national/regional parks, and cultural events. I enjoy touring historical homes and museums (and I read all the plaques and view all the pottery pieces), and listening to lectures, and hiking or visiting parks with historical significance. I have a fascination and interest in American history and the different cultures that have been introduced to us through our diverse population, and I welcome friends to enjoy it with me. I also like to visit art museums and local cultural events like Earth Day, ethnic celebrations and anything foodie. Feel free to attend what you're most interested in!
