From BIGBANG to BTS, Taeyang to Taemin, Girls Generation (GG days!) to Twice, you will find two decades of K-pop hysteria embraced by the first Manchester based K-pop Fans Meetup!
As someone who developed a familiarity with K-pop as a teen in the 2000's and then delved back into the present day of contemporary K-pop, I want to explore and discover this fascinating musical sub-genre within an even more mesmerising pop culture, to encompass K-drama and Korean food and beyond.
I am always learning something new about this expansive sub-genre of music and the Korean culture, so if anyone has any social ideas or event suggestions for the group please let a committee member know and we can hopefully accommodate!

We welcome all new and returning students and K-pop fans to a special 2nd–3rd Gen K-Pop Theme Night with DJ EMKAY!! This time, we’re bringing the nostalgia and legendary hits to Manchester’s finest venue, MN1!
Get ready to dance the night away to the iconic sounds of 2nd and 3rd generation K-pop, celebrating the eras that shaped the fandom - BIGBANG, SNSD, Shinee, 2NE1, BTS, EXO, Red Velvet, TWICE, and so many more! Expect a crazy night of clubbing to K-pop throwbacks and classics, mixed with unforgettable favourites you still remember to sing to this day.

I have a seated ticket so will be available prior to the gig only, and will be in London for most of the day if people want to meet up earlier.
