Join in for a free in-person Sahaja Meditation class at the Manchester City Library, (Hunt Room) on Saturday September 26th, 11am-12:30pm.

You will learn the simple and effective practice of Sahaja Meditation that helps reduce stress and anxiety. The class consists of guided meditation that will teach us how to calm our thoughts and also learn simple methods to meditate at home.
