We meet up to eat well, move our bodies, and figure out what actually works, without turning health into a second job.

What we actually do:

  • Healthy restaurant exploration (Manchester, rotating cities)
  • Walks, hikes, park hangouts
  • Boxing, yoga, gym sessions — all levels welcome
  • Sharing genuine health advise with each other e.g. where to buy locally sourced food? most organic products?

Beyond the meetups:

  • WhatsApp for recs, questions, spontaneous plans + general chat
  • 15-Minute Flash Talks: Practitioner talks (nutritionists, trichologists, functional health) during our hangouts
  • Group wellness retreats (UK + abroad)

This is not:

  • A fitness bootcamp
  • A wellness cult
  • A place for medical advice from randoms
