Hong Thai for food, then Ancoats bars

I hear great things about this little restaurant on Oldham Rd. Hong Thai is just on the other side on Great Ancoats St from the Northern Quarter and a stonesthrow away from Cutting Room Square in Ancoats. Small, modern and serving up a fusion of Thai and Hong Kong street food, the outlet has bounced back after a devastating fire in 2023. I gather it's become quite popular with locals. Manchester Confidential are fans.
