Vegan food and drinks in Northern Quarter

January for many (including me) is Dry January and Veganuary (no alcohol / vegan for a month). Not everyone is doing it, but Hinterland is a great alcohol free vegan restaurant that would make a good meeting point. Cosy venue with lots of chilled music and potted plants. The food is actually really good even if you're a meat eater like me. I say we start there, get some food and a mocktail, then head to some actual alcohol bars nearby. I won't be drinking, but you can if you want.
