OpenStack Summit Austin - Summary from the developers

For those of you that weren't able to make it out to the Austin Summit, we'll have a recap of the event from the perspective of Anita, who is a core developer on openstack-infra, and is involved in various cross-project initiatives and one of the driving forces behind the whole project.

In addition, Zara and Adam, Codethink developers that are working on overhauling the OpenStack development workflow will be giving their insight into how a new developer can get started on contributing to OpenStack.
