Manchester Product Coffee – The Sixth

Manchester Product Coffee is a chance to meet up with your fellow Product Managers and Product Leaders, and talk shop. This month we're discussing "How would you explain your method of prioritising to others?", a topic chosen from Petra Wille's "52 Questions" [1]

Prioritisation happens at all levels, from choosing the strategic intents of the product organisation, to the ordering of the issues in a backlog for the current sprint. How do you and your organisation work out what to do first?

This month we're moving the time half-an-hour earlier, and we'll be chatting and caffeinating 9:00-10:00am (instead of 9:30am). The location remains unchanged: Benugo under the XYZ Building in Spinningfields.
