Manchester Product Coffee is a chance to meet up with your fellow Product Managers and Product Leaders, and talk shop. This month we're discussing "When is something done?"

There's a lot to unpack here, from how you know when a feature or change can be shipped, to measuring the impact of an initiative from the outcomes. Agile teams come up with their own definition of "done", but does that "done" differ from "done" in a product management context?
