Manchester Product Coffee – Topic: Managing feedback and ideas

Manchester Product Coffee is a chance to meet up with your fellow Product Managers and Product Leaders, and talk shop. This month we're discussing "Feedback Loops".

In Product, everyone has an idea about what you need to build, you hear ideas from customers, you hear ideas from support, and you (very much) hear ideas from sales… to name just a few. How do you track, process, and analyse all these ideas? How, and when, do they feed into your planning? How do you manage expectations? What tools do you use to help manage ideas and feedback?

I've left it late in the month to send this invitation out, but let's call it an experiment in shifting the notification period and see if it helps engagement 😉
