Manchester Psychedelic Community's Picnic in the Park!

Hello Wonderful Souls! We're thrilled to announce our July social gathering! Join us for a walk in the park at Fletcher Moss Park in Didsbury (M20 2RQ) on Sunday, 28th July. The park is right next to Didsbury Village and is walkable from tram stops.

Bring Your Own Food

Pack your favourite picnic foods and come ready to lounge on the grass in good company. Sharing is caring, so feel free to bring a dish to pass, or keep it all to yourself – it's your picnic! There are also food places nearby, if you prefer.

Be prepared

Summer isn't the warmest so far this year, but if we are blessed with warmth and dry conditions, we'll likely settle for some good chat and connection. In which case, picnic blankets are a good shout! If it rains, then we'll embrace the rain with good footwear, waterproof jackets and a positive attitude! :-)

Meeting Point

We'll meet at Ye Olde Cock Inn, Didsbury, at 1pm. We'll wait until 1.15pm before we get going. Latecomers can message on here for details of where we are after then.

Emma and Warrick will kindly be hosting this event. They have been members of the community for years and will do their best to make you feel welcome.

Disclaimer

Whilst we'll talk a lot about psychedelics, we ask that you don't bring any with you to the meet-ups, nor solicit them from members. It's worth remembering that possession of these substances remains illegal in the UK and we want to make sure everyone who comes along feels safe doing so. Also, please be respectful of others when it comes to alcohol use.
