This Sacred Lounge session is a gentle, guided experience centred on breathwork, present-moment awareness, and mental clarity, woven together with soft kīrtan (mantra meditation) to help settle the heart and mind.
Through simple breathing techniques, guided attention, and sacred sound, you’ll be supported to slow down the nervous system, steady the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner focus. The session closes with time to relax, connect, and enjoy light, nourishing refreshments together.
No prior experience is needed. This is not about performance or pushing limits, but about listening, softening, and becoming present.
