Warm Mindful Yoga is a slow, grounding practice in a gently heated room designed to cultivate awareness, ease, and connection to breath. This class blends mindful movement, simple flowing sequences, and longer-held postures to support mobility, relaxation, and nervous system balance. Emphasis is placed on intentional transitions, breath awareness, and listening to your body rather than pushing or striving.

Rules
Come as you are.
Mats are available but you are very welcome to bring your own.
Arrive 5/10 minutes early to settle in - just press Bell 1 at the door and I will let you in.
