New Year new you? Join us for a Free Taster Session on Tuesday 27th January at East Manchester Academy. Whether you're sporty or not, super fit or just getting started – everyone’s welcome.

Tag Rugby is a non-contact, mixed-gender team sport that's all about having fun, meeting new people, and staying active. No experience needed – we’ll show you how it all works on the day.

The session is completely free – we just ask that you register HERE in advance so we know how many people to expect. We will then head back to Mary D's (pictured above) for a drink afterwards!
