Timetable of events for SGM, AGM and Dinner
4.30pm - Early arrivals accommodated in the tennis court and/or hall
5.00pm - Strawberries and cream and cups of tea served in the hall
5.30pm - SGM in the lounge/meeting room
5.45pm - AGM in the lounge/meeting room
6.20pm - Cash bar in the upstairs bar
6.45pm - Dinner in the dining room followed by after-dinner speaker

The venue has strict dress rules for men, which are suit with tie or jacket and trousers with tie.

Non-members will be accommodated in the tennis court and/or hall during the EGM and AGM.

There will be a Special General Meeting of the Manchester Statistical Society on May 13, 2025 at 17.30 This meeting is to discuss proposed new Rules of the Society, and is open to paid-up members only.

The Annual General Meeting of the Society will take place at the Manchester Tennis and Racquet Club 33 Blackfriars Road, Salford M3 7AQ on May 13 at 17.45 immediately after the Special General Meeting. This meeting includes election of officials.
