Generative AI: A tale of Two Case Studies, by Farooq Ansari

Details
Abstract
Based on two real-world projects, this talk explores a range of observations and learnings on:
- the state of the market
how to approach a generative AI project to ensure success, and mitigate risk - the challenges faced in both projects
- how to build and refine an approach to delivery
- how to maximise output
- the importance of continuous iteration and feedback loops
- key learnings
- what the future looks like (foundational models, agentic AI and future gazing)
I’ll aim to provide practical insights for practitioners on the importance of : a deep discovery and refining and filtering use cases; rapid development cycles; effective feedback loops; and other (non-AI) factors critical to success.
