Hello my loves,
We have a special treat for you on the 27th June - our esteemed partners from that there London are bringing up some extra shiny senior technical Leaders from their community to do a London Tech Leaders takeover of MTF!!!!!
I thought we could shake things up a bit and hear from some brand new names and brand new faces!!!!! We partnered with London Tech Leaders in January specifically for this reason - so we could bring some fresh blood into the Manchester tech community speaker circuit and hear from some different folks with different experiences and perspectives!

8:30pm: Open Mic - Take To The Stage for 60 Seconds and Tell Us About Your Business, Project, or Ask of the Room!!!!!
We've booked space at Founders Hall, (used to be Duttons) 2 mins away from the venue for 9pm with drinks provided to continue the night! All are welcome - speak to Amy or Luke for the bar tab code
Panelists include:
- Nuaria Manuel, CEO, VERIOM
Nuria is the Founder and CEO of Veriom, an application monitoring platform that specialises in auditing software systems using AI and she is a Software Quality Consultant working with SMEs. She has a robust background in product validation and reliability, control engineering, quality assurance, and data analysis within the engineering and technology sectors. Nuria is also an enthusiastic speaker on topics related to software quality, data and diversity in tech, and is featured in the Voices in the Shadow II book.
- David Crawford, NED for NHS & Fractional CTO, Ingredifind
David is a C-level tech leader with a background in leading scaled Product Development teams for Naked Wines, Camelot, Sky and BT, David has also driven Inclusion and Diversity initiatives. David is now the Fractional CTO at Ingredifind. As well as his technology passion, David is a committed family man, part-time bee keeper and enjoys the occasional Malbec. David has been our event compere since the very beginning and has been a panel favourite ever since.
- Lyubmoira Dimitrova, Senior Director Technical Programme Management, Onfido
Lyubomira is a Senior Director of Technical Programme Management at Onfido, an AI Identity Verification company. Throughout her career Lyubomira has delivered several end-to-end fraud preventative ML products and systems. She has expertise in scaling ML Operations to industrialise the ML product delivery.Lyubomira is passionate about scaling and developing technology organisations to enable them to develop ethical and sustainable AI systems for the future.
Luke Ashe-Browne – Technical Director at WeShape
With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, and technology architecture, Luke specialises in high-performance architectures across various sectors including social gaming, media, fin-tech, prop tech, e-commerce, and web/mobile apps. Throughout his career, Luke has excelled in leadership roles, encompassing team and department leadership, hiring, mentoring, and business case design. He brings extensive expertise in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS and GCP, along with proficiency in Docker containerisation and Kubernetes.
