Hi, everyone! Thanks for your interest in this group!

I’m excited (and a little nervous) to host our first event. In this session, I’ll be sharing my experience working with multiple MVP (Minimum Viable Product) teams. Welcome to join us if you're interested. There will also be time for open discussion, so feel free to bring up topics beyond MVP as well.

Since this is my first time hosting, I’ll be keeping the group relatively small to make the session more interactive and manageable.
