This Sunday I am leading a Discover Manchester walking tour, starting at Central Library at 11:00, end Shambles 13:00.
Please join me to explore the original modern city through its architecture, people, music, sport, radical ideas. We'll look at the impact of the cotton industry and how Manchester has reinvented itself after the decline of cotton to be the dynamic, vibrant, creative, high tech, hospitable, world class city it is today.
Whether you were born here or brought here (Longfella Poet), or just visiting, this is the perfect taster tour to get you excited about being back in town, and the endless possibilities that provides.
