This will be a walk of around 7 miles and no more than 450m ascent.
Walsden is the station before Todmorden and shares many features of its better known neighbour such as lovely views and an interesting stretch of canal. There are some little used, narrow paths that require care, although paths are well surfaced on the whole.
There are grassy, cobbled and rocky paths along the Pennine Bridleway.

Meet Point: Near the ticket barriers at Victoria Station. Alternatively, meet the group on the train, or at the Walk Start at Walsden station.
