This linear walk between two Metrolink stations takes in the Bury end of the Manchester Bolton & Bury canal before reaching Elton reservoir and the River Irwell.
Although this is a fairly easy walk, some path may be boggy if we have had heavy rain.

Meet Point: Near the entrance to the Metrolink, or on the platform at Victoria Metrolink Station. Alternatively, meet the group on the tram, or at the Walk Start at Radcliffe Metrolink Station.

Extra: Toilets at Manchester Victoria, but not at walk start. There are no toilets on the walk. Optional drinks at the end of the walk. Please do not bring your dog (apart from assistance dogs).
