A repeat of the walk I did last year, but as it was a lovely walk it is worth redoing. Starting along the canal with gentle climbs up to farmland and along good paths. A slightly steeper climb up to Warland Reservoir and then to Gaddings Dam - where many locals go swimming! Downhill through ‘Jail Hole’, and passing the oddly named Blarney Castle to come into Todmorden along the Calderdale Way. We will visit a refreshment house in Todmorden.

En- route there were two honesty stops selling cakes, water, ice cream and beans(!?) so bring some coins/cash.
