Making Friends in Manchester UK

Depot is an expansive climbing gym.
Bouldering can be either a social or a solo activity.

It's helped my weight-loss and been fun to explore.
I've made some new friends there and met some from here.

Tram: 10 mins walk from Parkway.
Bus: 248 Manchester Airport to Eccles.

Safety Info

Never climb higher than you feel safe.
The top hold in each route is a goal, not a requirement.
There's crash mats if you fall off, but injuries are possible.

Climbing Fee: £ 14.00 payable at the venue, to the venue.
Shoe Hire: £ 3.50 payable at the venue, to the venue.

Fab Cafe are a venue in the city centre.
The quiz costs £ 2.00 (cash) per person.
There's no step-free access.

There's free crisps and sandwiches midway.
Prizes are £ 100+ cash, drinks vouchers and a £ 10 - £ 100 raffle question.

It's a stress-free social as we don't care if we win.

Motel One are hotels with a focus on cosy lounges.

Will be around for 2-3 hours every Saturday.

There's no event after this as I work as bar staff.
This means I'll head off from 15:30 each week.

Walking takes 60 - 90 mins each way.
There's a tram stop near both ends (St Peter's & Media City)

We pause for 45 mins in Media City so you can explore.
I tend to go Turtle Bay for Spicy Fries and Raspberry Soda.
