Discord has a voice channel where you can chat with a mic or phone.
This also has a dedicated text chat so non-speakers can join in as well.

We tend to play games online on Mondays.
If you want to, you can join in or play your own games.
Those who just want to watch or chat are welcome too.

You may want to check whether your setup works first.
Clicking the #discord-chat channel lets you do this at any time.

Late joiners and early leavers also welcome.
