Yes is a bar near Circle Square with a beer garden outside.
It has heaters and a roof, but is not step-free.

In addition to cheap drinks, they hand-craft pizzas.
Approx £ 7.50 for a 16" between 12:00 and 18:00.
Ordering by the slice is also possible.
