What we’re about
Manchester Film Fans is a friendly and welcoming group where we watch films at a variety of places, usually Odeon Great Northern and HOME. We enjoy anything from big screen blockbusters to independent productions.
We are a very social group of people and, following the film, we stay around for a chat, food and a drink in the bar area at HOME. New members are always welcome.

Putting up an event in advance to see 28 Years Later on 21st June.
We'll meet on the ground floor of HOME (between the ticket office and the lifts) from 5.35(ish) for the 5.50 screening.

It’s been almost three decades since the rage virus escaped a biological weapons laboratory, and now, still in a ruthlessly enforced quarantine, some have found ways to exist amidst the infected. One such group of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single, heavily-defended causeway.
When one of the group leaves the island on a mission into the dark heart of the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders, and horrors that have mutated not only the infected but other survivors as well.
