March Events at Mandorla!

Join us at Mandorla Spiritual Spa for holistic wellbeing and spiritual development!

This month we have our usual Yoga with Prima, amazing **Sound Bath** (bowls) with Olivia, and DNA Activation events plus a lot more!
DNA Activation frequency for March is going to be 528 Hz - the Miracle Tone for relaxation, stress reduction, emotional balance and physical well-being.

Saturday 7th we will be holding our regular Safe Space at 10.30 - come along and talk about all things spiritual in a safe and friendly space (no judgement!)
**Grounded Gathering** will be at 12pm on 7th - come along and get your spiritual energy reset by Jae in this amazing group event!

Tuesday 10th after **Yoga** at 6pm we will have our first **Spiritual Practice** class with Richard who will be discussing the various different spiritual development pathways, explaining the differences and helping you to navigate your own spiritual awakening.

Sunday 14th we have a Crystal Pyramid Sound Bath, DNA Activation and an enlightening class on 'Remembering Your Purpose' with Cari - if you've been feeling lost or simply ready for deeper alignment... this class is for you!

Plenty more besides - Light Language classes, presentations on Quantum Consciousness, Advanced Spiritual Practices, Shamanic Journeying with Jonathan and Guided Meditation.
