MY STORY
I am a woman who has gone through profoundly painful events of betrayal in relationships. Thankfully, as an artist and also a passionate woman for holisitic healing, I have found a process that has brought me back to feeling courageous about myself and my future, has allowed me to be present, and also to feel free to love again!
THE EVENT
A Simple Healing Art Process that Releases Pain and Resentment for Relationships.
Listen to some music, relax to the sound of the waves, and create your very own painting all while releasing stress, toxins and resentment from a current or past painful relationship.
The amazing Location on Manhattan Beach, mixed with music, meditation, and the simple Art of Forgiving™ technique, allows for deep resentment to be released. Come unwind and let your pain melt away as you dip your brush into color, feeling your creativity flow and your spirit return to a peaceful, joyful glow.

What to Expect:

• A one hour art class with an opening meditation and guided painting activity
• A chair, blanket and painting materials provided
• Surrounded by beach and the beautiful Pacific Ocean sunset
• Look for the Art of Forgiving sign and set up at 1st and The Strand in Manhattan Beach

• A photo of someone in your life who is triggering you (It can be on your phone)
• Water
• Bring Layers, as the temperature drops quickly in the evening at the beach

• Bathrooms located at 8th St in Manhattan Beach or 22nd Street in Hermosa Beach
• Event is outdoors – dress for Pacific Ocean beach temps
