We’ll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga session designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and create space in the body. From there, you’ll be guided through an immersive sound bath experience featuring soothing vibrations and calming frequencies to help you reset and recharge.

After class, stay and unwind with our cozy Movie Night experience. Enjoy complimentary popcorn, connect with like-minded wellness lovers, and settle into a relaxing evening in our signature red light environment.
