Inspired by the carefree spirit and the philosophy of La Belle Époque, founder Emil Stefkov envisioned Boucherie as a classic steakhouse combined with a refined Parisian brasserie. OpenTable describes it as follows: "The menu features French classics and bistro favorites (think Soupe à l’Oignon and Steak Frites), along with signature steaks, large cuts, exceptional dry-aged selections and premium A5 Japanese wagyu."
