Tuesday Backgammon Tournament at the Manhattan Games Center

Join us for a Night of Backgammon at our Weekly Tournament.
On Tuesdays at Backgammon New York City we are back to serving light snacks (cheese and crackers, crudites and dip, salads, fresh fruit, etc.) Cake, cookies, coffee, tea, wine, beer and soft drinks will also be served. We will close around 11:00 pm.
All Players must be fully Vaccinated.
Evening session and refreshment fee - $20, cash only. We do not accept credit cards.
Tournament format this week:
$10 entry 7 point matches.
Prize distribution to 1st & 2nd place.
100% Return
Then
First round match losers will:
Play in John Barnett's popular BG+ Chouette tournament. If you're not familiar with playing in a Chouette, this is a fun way to learn.
1st prize $10 & 2nd prize $5.
Please bring your board if you have one (if you don't, we have a limited amount on hand).
If you do not wish to play in either of the tournaments you are still welcome to join us for social play or chouettes. Please note, there is a $20 session and refreshment fee for all.

Free on-street parking, right in front of the building, starts at 6:00 pm. There is metered parking all-day until 7:00 pm. The subway is two blocks away.
