What we’re about
Welcome to the Manhattan Mindfulness Meditation Group, hosted by Rounding Edges Meditation Coaching. Our mission is to make mindfulness and its benefits accessible and approachable for everyone.
Founded and led by Sean Phillips—a former medical student, neurobiologist, and poet—Rounding Edges' approach blends scientific expertise, personal experience, and a deep passion for teaching. At its core, Rounding Edges uses secular mindfulness meditation practices to help people realize that peace, joy, and contentment are the nature of our being.
