Welcome to Mindful Moment
This is a recurring virtual group meditation session, open to all—whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to reconnect with a regular practice in community.
Led by Sean, Founder & Coach at Rounding Edges, each session includes:
- A brief introduction to mindfulness
- A guided meditation practice
- Open discussion and Q&A
This is a friendly and welcoming space to slow down, center yourself, and connect—with others and with your own breath. Come with curiosity, questions, or just the intention to be present.
- When: Every other Monday
- Time: 7:30 PM ET / 6:30 PM CT
- Duration: About 1 hour
- Where: Zoom (link sent upon registration)
- Cost: Pay As You Wish – come as you are, give what you can.
