Senior Engineer Positioning Challenge — Orientation Session

This orientation session marks the beginning of the Senior Engineer Positioning Challenge.
The challenge is designed as a more action-oriented layer inside the bootcamp for learners who want to go beyond passive learning and start building visible momentum through participation, submissions, articulation, and system defense.
In this session, we will walk through:

• the purpose of the challenge
• the difference between the regular path and challenger path
• how points, participation tracking, and challenge flow work
• what to expect from Session 1 onward
• how to approach the challenge in a way that creates real outcomes

This is a foundation-setting session for the challenge, not the start of the core content itself.
