Looking for a soulful reset? This weekend retreat at the mystical Mount Banahaw combines Kundalini Yoga, meditation, sound healing, and sacred site visits to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. Known as a center of psychic energy, Banahaw’s sacred puestos (power sites) offer a unique opportunity for spiritual cleansing and connection with nature.
Registration Details
• Dates: June 6 to 8, 2025 (Friday at 5 PM to Sunday)
• Location: Banahaw Circle Nature Retreat in Dolores, Quezon

What’s included:
• 2-night accommodation in a standard common room with a single bed and shared bathroom (room upgrades available)
• Nutritionally balanced, slow-cooked meals to nourish your body and soul
• Daily sunrise meditation sessions to start your day grounded and refreshed
• Three (3) Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practices for deep healing and clarity
• Three (3) Sound Healing Gong Baths to release stress and restore balance
• Guided nature walks to Banahaw's healing "puestos" and natural waters, connecting with the land’s ancient energy

What’s not included:
• Transportation to and from Banahaw Circle Nature Retreat (we can help arrange for transportation)
• Optional massage services during free time: Traditional Hilot or Regular Massage at Php 650 per hour (by appointment)

Fees:

• Regular rate: Php 16,250
• Limited room upgrade available at Php 1,200 per person
