Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a continuous flow. Poses transition smoothly from one to the next, creating a meditative and energizing practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It is often referred to as “flow yoga” due to its fluid and rhythmic nature.
