BBQ in the Park

This is to judge interest in the BBQ event. It’s a work in progress, so things aren’t finalized. Here’s the rough outline:

• BBQ in the park

• I create several options of what we could make

• I send out a poll to judge popularity

• I come up with a menu and figure out food/labour/extras costs

• everyone pays money into it based on costs

• we all meet in the park for the bbq.

• you will be welcome to bring additional food/drinks.

• since it’s in a public park, no liquor will be allowed

Additional context: I was a chef for many years, and one of my jobs was doing food prep at Montanas. I know how to make fucking superb ribs and bbq meats. I also own a sous vide machine and can make a wide variety of wonderful dishes.
