En esta charla exploraremos algunas estrategias para las búsquedas de talento en IT, con foco en desarrolladores y talentos de Ciberseguridad, que han servido como base en la consolidación de equipos en diferentes organizaciones, y a través de un enfoque práctico conoceremos herramientas y servicios para conocer los talentos técnicos innatos de las personas

I am a focused cybersecurity specialist with knowledge on a variety of information security topics such as cryptography, web application and binary attack vectors, reverse engineering and exploitation, banking server security, networking, and computer forensics.
With more than 100 projects executed I have secured solutions and processes from multiple Colombian companies (mostly of them telcos, banks, and government) by providing the following services: ethical hacking, web application – mobile – and infrastructure security testing, source code review, technical social engineering, and secure development advisory.
In my spare time I am mainly dedicated to develop articles for my website, do research on security topics and lead NULL Life CTF team in which we have participated in approximately 120 national and international computer security tournaments.
