Details

We meet every Tuesday from 6:15 to 8:15 pm in a guided "open circle" format, with each man having an opportunity to speak and listen.
Men usually start logging in around 6 pm and we chat casually until the formal meeting begins at 6:15 pm. If you are attending for the first time log in around 6 pm so that we can explain how our meetings work before the formal meeting begins.
Sometimes, depending on who is available to attend and host an in-person meeting, some of us will meet in person, but the meetings are always available via Zoom, because some men who attend regularly live too far away to attend in person.

This is a men's peer support group... We’re just a group of men listening to each other and finding support by realizing that we all face similar problems and talking about them helps. Easier to experience than describe, but most men who attend find it worthwhile and come back. We generally have 5 to 10 men at each meeting, but the RSVPs don't always indicate that, because men who attend every week often don't RSVP on the Website.

This is not a substitute for professional counseling, but you will probably find it helpful in dealing life’s typical problems.

Guiding principles:
Confidentiality
Authenticity
Honesty
Openness
Diversity
