Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is best celebrated with everyone. It is a festival that reminds us to set aside differences and rejoice in hope and the triumph of good over evil. Noor: Festival of Lights, in association with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment and the Consulate General of India, Dubai, brings the warmth, magic, and homeliness of Diwali to Dubai, along with all its pomp and show.

Noor is built on the idea of a home away from home, in a city renowned worldwide for its cosmopolitan spirit. From 17 to 19 October 2025, at Souk Al Seef, Dubai, Noor will reflect Diwali and Dubai’s shared essence of unity in diversity, bringing together people of all backgrounds for three days of immersive cultural experiences.
Produced by Teamwork Arts in association with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment and the Consulate General of India, Dubai,the festival will feature a wide array of offerings, including grand processions, storytelling, dance, live music, interactive conversations, stand-up comedy, and more.
The celebration will culminate in a spectacular display of choreographed fireworks across the Dubai night sky, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness and marking the joyous spirit of Diwali. Noor will also host immersive workshops to foster community engagement, including rangoli-making and an energetic drumming experience. More than just a festival, Noor is an invitation to come together in the true spirit of Diwali.
