Welcome to Ilicrane Creative Meetups in Mannheim!
We’re a growing community of art lovers, beginners, and creatives who meet regularly to sketch, paint, and connect through creativity. From cozy café sketching sessions and expressive watercolor circles to vibrant alcohol ink and acrylic paint workshops — there’s always something inspiring to try.
Whether you're picking up a brush for the first time or you're a practicing artist looking to meet like-minded people, you’re warmly welcome. No pressure, just good vibes and artistic joy 💛
The Mannheim Sketchclub
achieved 100 participants,and it means that every month from now on we will discover some new technique together.
This time we’ll meet for a creative session where you can try alcohol ink art – a liquid, fast, and wonderfully unpredictable technique.
It’s very meditative and playful: the colors flow, mix, and create beautiful effects all on their own – perfect to let go and just enjoy the moment.
Afterwards, you’ll have time to decorate your cards with liners and personal touches. No experience needed – this is all about having fun and getting creative together.
All materials provided,the participation is free — (donation based)

A cozy art-themed brunch where we explore how mistakes can inspire creativity and shape personal style.
We’ll share stories, exchange ideas, and take part in a relaxed creative activity inspired by the day’s topic.The event is open to everyone — whether you draw regularly, haven’t drawn since school, are a complete beginner, or a professional. We are not aiming to make masterpieces here. The focus is on enjoying the process, connecting with others, and seeing mistakes in a different light.
All materials for the creative part are provided. Drinks and food can be ordered at the venue at your own cost.

In this first online art lesson, we’ll explore the beauty of plants while learning about different types of markers:
*Alcohol-based markers
*Water-based markers
*Acrylic markers
I’ll show you the main differences, give tips on how to use them effectively, and then we’ll create a cozy plant illustration step by step.

This is my first online lesson — but I’ve taught many creative workshops offline, and I’m excited to bring this experience to a virtual space.
