In the *Bhagavad Gita* the body is described as a **chariot**, the **senses as horses**, and the **mind as the reins**.
When the senses run wild, the ride feels chaotic. When guided with awareness, they carry us toward peace.
**Taming the Wild Horses** is a **90-minute sensory yoga experience** designed to help you turn everyday overstimulation into focus, calm, and embodied clarity.
Through Yoga, breathwork, art-based reflection, sound healing and mantra meditation,you’ll discover how each of our 5 sesnses can become a tool of regulation instead of distraction!

Surrender to the healing power of sound. Guided by Ayan from Bhakti Studio, this soundscape of bowls and mantra chanting helps regulate emotions and balance inner rhythm.
