We'll begin with a yoga flow to open the body, quiet the mind, and prepare you for a mindful art session. Afterward, you'll learn the basics of mandala dot painting—simple patterns, color techniques, and how to create your own unique mandala design. All materials will be provided, and you'll leave with your finished artwork to take home. 🎨
