We’ll flow through mindful sequences designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create space—both physically and energetically. Postures are accessible and unhurried, with time to pause, feel, and reset.

As the practice unfolds, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation with a live sound bath. Depending on the day, you may be immersed in the tones of singing bowls, gentle guitar, and intuitive vocals, all woven together to support rest, release, and inner listening.
