A restorative hour to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. Each week brings a unique flow, weaving together sound bowls, live guitar and vocals, gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of deep rest. No two sessions are quite the same — each one unfolds intuitively, creating space for whatever you need in the moment.
Come as you are, soften into the sounds, move what wants to move, and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected.
Each session may include:
